Normally fall and winter serve us to refurbish the groundwaters. But winter is not very wet and very mild, too mild. We fear even an exit of the buds that came too early which would be mowed by the first frost. A heavy rain finally arrives, but a little too late. Indeed, the vegetation having appeared, diverts the precipitations of these phreatic water tables. The spring frosts from early April to mid-May make us fear the worst and we had partly reduced it by pruning very late. From May to June, rain and heat come together: tropical atmosphere without palm trees. The plant literally explodes. Unfortunately, the one who leads the dance is the mildew. The closing of the bunch stops it. Temperatures are rather lenient in July-August. Before the harvest, the temperature increases strongly and the cabernetsauvignon perspires and its berries reduce quickly. The vine surprises us once again with its resilience and produces a typical structural Medoc on the fruit.

Dark garnet with purple highlights. Before stirring: black cherry. After stirring: light note of tarragon, of umami, mingled to a mineral set of fireplace hearth and pencil and again red fruit. On the palate: soft tannins structured by a fine enveloping grain. Persistent fragrant and iodized finale.

A little wet winter with some very cold sessions. The rain finally arrives in January and February
Worries about the frost at the end of March and the beginning of April. Beautiful bloom. Four heat waves strike from June. Concerned, however, we note a certain stoicity of the vineyard that seems to suffer less than us.
The harvest in good conditions is early, the light rains were well come. In the cellar, no aroma of over-ripeness, fruit already.

Very deep bordeaux.
Clear and brilliant.
First nose: cherry and chocolate, red rose.
After stirring: confirmed aromas, touch of verveine freshness.
Frank attack.
Supple ample mouth supported by a dense and fine tannin, chalky.

The autumn and the winter following the harvest are too rainy and too mild. Mars surprises with abnormal high temperature. The vineyard is mistaken and already believes in the return of the fine weather
The virulent frosts of April bring it back to reality by mowing its tender leaves barely hatched. A flowering in the moisture spares the cabernet-sauvignon more than the merlot. Summer is in the norm.
The rains return during the harvest. We hold on and pull the grape varieties till maturity.

Deep garnet
First nose : a bouquet of red fruits mixed with fresh peppermint, curry spices and linden blossom.
En bouche un volume gras enveloppant, des tanins très fins.
After stirring : aroma of blackcurrant, and morello cherry on a mineral background.
Franck attack.
Suppleness in the mouth, powerness, without an excessive opulence.
Tannins are fine, finely woven, almost chalky. Long finish trés chic.

The rain begins in September and ends in December. An abnormal mildness begins in January and finishes late February. The first COVID containment occurs under bright sunlight and high temperatures.
Beginning in mid-April, numerous and heavy rains compromise the works at the vineyards. June is wet and mildew threatens (agaaaain!). A superb summer stops it but becomes too hot in late August and early September.
Our fresh sub-soils save the day to the cabernet-sauvignon. The harvest sky is grey but the rains are rare.

Winter 2019 is classic thus perfect, quite cold and not too wet. February and March are very mild but very dry, followed by an April with very dense rains.
No better with a few frost nights that heckle a few buds. A very regular rain floods June and the flower get out of it, almost. July sets records of heat. August and early September are more normalized.
Alas, it is under a threatening and sometimes yielding sky that the harvest will take place.
But once again, experience and cold-blood give birth to a very good wine, even exceptional.

Nose slightly vanilla with deep aromas of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and old rose. Ample and wide attack.
Voluminous and supple mouth with velvety tannins, marked by new wood at this stage. Long and fruity persistance. Wait 2025 to taste with an ageing potential to 2045.

It was a Hitchkockian year. After the harvest, a dry autumn settles in durably. Then since January, it falls in three months as much rain as in a year. Mechanical work is complicated, the pruning too ,of course. The vine slows down. With a very hot end of April, it explodes but the soil remains very moist.
We note slight attacks of mildew on leaf but nothing abnormal or very worrying. At the beginning of July, however, a treatment does not seem to meet the demands of this tense climate. In fact, the mildew proliferates rapidly on the bunches and causes a real havoc. It is too late. The very dry summer stops the disaster. However, the vineyard transpiration is upper than normal. The volume is decreasing again. Fortunately, the hand-sorted harvest then optically one bring a ripe and healthy harvest to the vats. The result is dazzling but we only have 30% of an average year and a rough blend compared to a classic year. Even if the Cabernet Sauvignon remains major, it leaves a little more room for the Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Which is delighting us.

Beautiful intense dark garnet robe, limpid wine.
Before stirring: vibrant fruit and spicy notes.
After stirring: : the blackberry is outstanding and gains in prominence, thanks to light notes of curry behind, with at this stage fine notes of ageing and shortbread biscuit. The attack is fresh and expressive, then the structure of fine tannins or even chalky is very framed but well wrapped by suppleness in the middle of the mouth. The very persistent final is made of this classic rendezvous for Chasse-spleen: the cocoa recall. Wait until 2025 to taste with a potential of guard until 2045.

Winter is mild and dry. The early spring is very hot (30° sometimes), but still no rain. An icy current carried by a wind from north hits on April 27th. The frost impacts illogically coombs but also ridges.
The rest of the year takes place rather classically with some very hot days in august among many others, more moderated.
The spared grapes follow a classic calendar. The harvests begin in the middle of september but linger little. Cabernet is more numerous on arrival and show themselves magnificent.

After stirring: spicy notes calling back the curry with at this stage, notes of brioches and toast.

That young wine presents a beau-tiful length and a lot of taste for a beautiful capacity of ageing.

We did not have a winter. Too gentle and too wet. During six months, it falls more rain at the time than one year average. An unexpected and sudden short shiny space of time allows a homogenuous flowering.
The summer is hot and sometimes too hot until september. We are surprised to hope a couple of rain drop. It happens beginning of september. The plant ceases to protect itself from this exhausting heat for taking again the way to the maturation. The youngs vines are reanimated, the old ones stay hieratic in front of a such undecision.
The harvest are tardy and the beautiful weather makes them happen serenely. The cabernet sauvignon adores that: the mark of the great medocan vintages.

After stirring: rose Pepper and mulberry.

Immediately after the harvest, the rain is falling heavily. It stops a little bit in December, but start all over again in January. The winter is limited to a few rare cold and frosted days with abundant rains. The spring happens without specific climatic event.
June is suddenly very hot. The flowering likes that. July is canicular, the vine suffers. August gives it a respite. Its rains of the early month are perfect for the veraison. September is beautiful.
The harvest begins late. We escape to a couple of heavy storms. The merlot mature quietly. Temperatures are quite low and the nights, very cold. The cabernet sauvignon brakes. Rains relaunch them but sudden warm nights and days worry. The atmosphere is concerned but the result comforting.

The rain falls abundantly as soon as the harvest has been finished. In december, it calms down a little but begins again even stronger in january. Februar increases the load with swell, wind, storm and hail. March remains dark. May sees the beautiful weather coming.
June knows a couple of very hot days and nights. The flowering appréciates. July is cloudy and august almost wet. The 31st of august, arrives the longest ever indian summer of the decade interrupted by hailstorms and cloudbursts. The temperature becomes abnormal (30°C).
The Cabernet Sauvignon dawdles and matures. So, the harvest is late but promising.

The nose is neat and straight.

After stirring : fireplace hearth, red fruits
The attack is franck.
The mouth is large and the balance comes immediatly.

Immediatly after the harvest, the rain is constant till mid february. Almost 600 mm fall down, and it’s good after three years of an hydric diet.
The end of the winter and the beginning of the spring will be very wet and sometimes snowy.
The vines loves the unexpected heat which lasts from mid-april to june. Then, unfortunatly, the rain comes back on the flowering.
An phenologic delay is scheduled. If july and august have been sometimes caniculars, september joins again wet days and warm nights. The harvest moves forward because tricky. A suite of shiny days and cool nights come down the atmosphere. The cabernet sauvignon eases the situation but the merlot stays on pressure.
Harvest are physical. Performing tools and self control are necessary. The yield is divided by two but made of healthy berries and the wine will be good.

The colour is red with depth.
The wine is neat and straight.
Before stirring: menthol and light floral notes.
After stirring: Cherry and curry.
The attack is straightforward.
The mouth is bodied and a cabernet sauvignon frame marks the volume with a delicate tanic harmony.

Winter is very wet and spring will be even wetter. Sub-soils are rebuilding their reduced water stock of the last few years. The plant grows fast after winter and work is done very quickly. Then it dallies during April, May and June. There is a delay, July, in turn, is wet and it may trigger cryptogamic diseases, but fortunately the delay has shortened. August is beautiful and warm and it regulates the situation. A nice dry weather carries on until September. At last, the homogeneity of the wine grape takes place. But the phenological time-lag is there and we must now be patient, worried as we become due to a series of warm nights and wet days. All risk is taken to ensure optimum maturity. Rot is spared and we end up quite serene on the whole.

Primaries aromas very net of red fruits (black cherry and black current).
In mouth: cocoa touch, with, of course, a present tanin at that stage, but a suave one.
Finely wooded on a light heating.
Persitant and flavoured final.

Winter and the beginning of the spring are rainy. May and June are scorching and very dry. The plant doubles it strenght. The flower goes well thanks to the dry weathers. July is conveniently the coolest for 30 years. In August, the month is divided between beautiful and dark weather.

The abundance of humidity and the hot season give to the concern, threatening with the rot. Wind and sun inaugurate the harvests. The tension eases off. The maturity is going on with the rot, the grapes are cleaned up of some contaminated bunch and tannins will go up for the end in sight moving towards the quality.

酒评

The color is composed of a dark and brilliant red.
The nose: a light vanilla and wooden touch is underlined by aromas of plum, fresh mint and black minty pepper with also a pinch of blackcurrant during the agitation.
The attack is sharp and clear.
The fine grain makes a silky thread. A light fat produces the scale and the sweetness.
Some liquorice touches are born and finale persists for a long time.

土壤在2009年表现苍白,收摘刚完就大量降雨。严峻的冬季之后,春季雨水再次降临,遗憾的是,降雨赶在梅洛的开花期,导致三分之一的面积落花和果实僵化。初夏炎热,八月夜晚白天温差分明,虽仍无雨水,但夜晚的极大的凉爽和适当的高温遏制了干燥状况,但人们的忧虑不断增加,梅多克在九月初的几天降雨,才使人们大大舒了口气。在梅洛与赤霞珠两届收获的暂停期间,又及时再次降雨。

2009年的葡萄园在经过一个相当寒冷的冬季后进入了植物生长期,春季初湿润而季末干燥,因四、五月大量降水,八、九月十分干,而与事相反,植物却生长顺利。花期迅速而规律,葡萄开始均匀成熟。八月、九月日夜之间那20度的极大温差,带来了优质年份的契机。在这样的条件下,葡萄持续成熟,由干燥得到的益处大于不利,直到十月初,一直持续着夏季气候。

入口饱满直接。
巧克力粉、黑加仑、碎石子儿气味,稍有烤木味。
在圆润、紧密颗粒感的基础上结构丰满。

2008年以两个特别气候为特征,即四月初的霜冻和七月末的冰雹。然而,从六月到七月中旬,植物平稳生长。之后时不时缺少阳光,八月温度亦没有显著升高。八月不凉,但也没带来预期的必要热度,后半月的十五天强降雨将压力升至顶点,对明朗阳光的期盼一直持续到9月13号,剩下的时间及整个收摘期得益于理想的天气而使得走势转机:夜晚干燥、凉爽,白天暖热、阳光明媚并有微风。

2007年冬季不太冷,然而,由于有个清冽的三月,四月初葡萄树发芽还不算早,恰如2006年一样。四月份的后二十天特别炎热。20日至23日连续几天温度显示接近30 °C。开花和成熟起步都按部就班,没有问题,相反,八月凉爽阴沉,常有暴风雨,持续到八月最后几天,自九月初阳光才出现,使得情况开始得到根本扭转。九月很理想,部分地补偿了八月的热量不足。

八月份的气候条件打乱了开始的成熟期,太阳没有前2个月时强烈,气温跌至季节正常值以下(这是自1986年以来最凉的八月,但仍成就了优秀的年份酒)。反常的凉天气减慢了之前过早开始的葡萄成熟步伐。相对延迟的收摘期使我们赢回七月中旬和八月未能给予的成熟条件。赤霞珠终于达到了成熟。

2005年将是一个高品质年份的记忆,气候从冬到秋对波尔多来说都异常干燥,伴随暖热但不酷热、阳光明媚的春末和夏季。八月,白天与晚间气温之差加速了葡萄成熟,但未提高酒精度。这些因素使甜度和酸度间达到高度平衡。九月期间,夏季气温的逐渐降低稳定了这一平衡,使收摘期早早到来,令人安慰。

冬季的气温低于正常,并且雨水不足。四月开始发芽,但因为雨水和低温,植物未能很好生长。五月下半月的好天气,促使了最早熟地块开花期的开始。夏季不是很热,七月份的特点是日照良好,微量降雨,但温度完全一般,月底出现几次热峰。八月的情况则恰恰相反,降雨可观,日照、气温都不是很高。收摘期交替出现雨天和晴天。

气候

秋天非常潮湿,一、二两月的气温相当寒冷,三月气温有所回升,四月接近严寒,但在五月份温度回升至正常水平。相反,从六月起温度非常高,并一直持续到七月底,八月份的平均气温高于季节正常值五度。最后,在九月高温持续,然而却与这时期的气候相符,从而保证了最佳、早至的成熟条件。

气候

秋季干燥而寒冷,从十一月到四月状况很干旱,因降雨不足。在五月经常降雨,甚至高于常规量。相反,从炎热干旱的六、七月份起,夏季便到来。八月随着凉爽的气温,经常出现大气扰动,九月初也是如此,从九月中旬才开始有大段时间的阳光普照,从而使成熟期得以到来。然而,九月中旬的一场冰雹雷雨加剧了不安,但最终未造成重大损失。

气候

相对温暖和相当多雨的冬季造成葡萄树的生长提早开始,当四月很潮湿、天气凉爽甚至寒冷时生长活动开始减缓。经过五六两月的干旱期后,七月再度降雨。八月炎热,雨量适中。因为雨热交替,成熟期的起步相对缓慢。
九月的平均气温低于正常值,伴随着突降大雨又迅速消散的现象,凉爽持续,收获延迟。

气候

在炎热、潮湿的四五月份期间,我们发现出现了霜 霉病,但凭着随之而来的干燥月份,它将无关紧 要。伴随好转的气候条件,在六月时情况得到恢 复,得以正常开花。
这一情况持续到七、八月,温度温和不超过35度。九月份雨晴交替,降雨量少而稀疏,几乎针对性地落雨,与有风的日照交替出现,以一个非凡成熟的结果而结束。
